NBA 2K13 Cover Clues Revealed

Early this morning, the fully revealed NBA 2K13 facebook photo leaked ahead of the app unlocking it through its Twitter campaign. The photo is a set of clues as to who will be on the cover when it releases in early October.

The speculation surrounding this year’s cover was if 2K would release another ‘Legend’ cover (rumors of the Dream Team were circling around this week), or going back to a more current cover. The clues clearly show some roses, a tarantula and birds that appear to be griffins. At this point it’s fair to speculate that this year will focus on Derrick Rose, Kevin Durant and Blake Griffin.

It will be interesting to see if they will share a cover or what will be a more likely scenario – seperate covers like last year’s NBA 2K12 Larry Bird, Michael Jordan and Magic Johnson covers.

Check out the fully revealed photo below. No other information has been released as of yet. NBA 2K13 releases in North America on October 2nd, 2012.

    i know what the cover is. it might be derrick rose, blake griffin, and kevin durant in the middle, or u might be able to pick which one u want. like last year.
